It's always good. It's a great lunch. I recommend sushi rice and the Sriracha aioli is awesome. Any of the fish is good, although my favorite is probably spicy salmon. My only complaint is it's a little pricey for a quick lunch View all feedback.
What Julie Miller doesn't like about Poke Bros.:
Rating three stars because I felt like the ingredients weren't the freshest. The pineapple was canned pineapple, the salmon was a weird mushy texture, and my marinated tuna was... hard to chew? Like a gummy. No upset stomach or weird flavors, the texture was just off on too many parts of my bowl to justify a better rating. Service was fine, and all the other ingredients seemed really fresh. Bummed about my tuna. View all feedback.
I’m giving this restaurant three stars because I felt that some of the ingredients weren't very fresh. The pineapple tasted like it came from a can, the salmon had an odd mushy texture, and the marinated tuna was tough to chew—almost like gum. I didn’t experience any upset stomach or weird flavors, but the texture issues with several components of my bowl were enough to prevent me from giving a higher rating. The service was fine, and most of the other ingredients seemed fresh, but I was really disappointed with the tuna.
Most times rude staff? Shrimp ?tails? only (not the actual whole shrimp) more rice than anything? restaurant could be a little cleaner.. staff doesn?t use gloves really. I?ve been 3 times only to give the benefit of a doubt but definitely wouldn?t go back nor recommend..
The restaurant is Asian-owned, and I experienced a troubling incident regarding their treatment of Black individuals and third-party delivery drivers. While I was eating, I witnessed the owner awkwardly dismiss a Black woman who was there to pick up a delivery. When she showed him her phone, he told her, "Start delivery, it's been thirty minutes," and then gestured her away with his hand as if to shoo her off. The food itself was just average, and it felt like their focus was solely on making money rather than providing good customer service, unless, of course, you were white. The overall atmosphere reflected a troubling sentiment of racial bias.
You can select a bowl from their menu or create your own custom bowl. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the food is fresh and tasty.
This place is Delicious! So fresh and sooo good. I got the shaka signature bowl and added salmon, it was amazing. Customer service was also fabulous. Then topped off a great meal with a red bean mochi*chef 's kiss*.Just be careful if you come here, it 's highly addictive:
