I went thru the drive thru Oct. 10th 2016 around 3:30 pm. The cashier was a young man he was so polite, he asked me how my day was ,I told him I was fine, but just left from a funeral. he said he was sorry for my loss, as I was leaving he said he would say a prayer for me and the family. That's the worst place I've ever been! Every time I go here, something is wrong! for the longest time they never had paper. the people are either very rude young and play around when they should serve. today my order was completely wrong and what I got was terrible! biscuit fell apart, chicken gum and a part of my order was completely wrong and when I tried to see about the return, the number for the location on the... Some employees had no masks on. The rest wore them as chin straps. Guests were allowed in with no masks. Seemed to have zero awareness of how COVID spreads.
The burger meat was hot and fresh what you expect of a quarter pounder but only had literally a dot of ketchup on it no mustard or onions and the bacon was horrible with a old taste to it!!! Fries where cold the kids wouldn't even eat them! Tea also had that sour taste like the tea dispensers aren't being cleaned properly and have that mold mildew build up in the spout! Staff was very nice and professional though!
Last 2 times we went through drive thru was at 11:30 AM on a Friday. The drinks had little to no ice at all! The fries the 1st time we had to through away they were almost raw! Limp and was soaking in grease. The last time they were have way cooked. McDonald's used to have the best fries . What they give the customer now is garbage! This stores has gone down hill the last few months. This was happening before the Corona Virus. Just wasn't as bad.
The inside was closed??? Inside opens 5am its 6:45am i want to walkin dress my coffee myself without holding up drivethur line. No explanation either me and other customers looking each lost!!!
That they have given my baby instead of nuggets! better! take manager even complain seriously more.
