What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
2 hours and 2 phones to get my order. When I finally got it, one of the sandwiches was wrong when they did it again, they still haven't done it right. this is a regular event at this point. I don't know why I'm going to make the mistake of order from there.
The food is always fast and fresh. The staff are usually friendly The store is always clean...But everytime I order to go, I get home and I'm missing a cookie or a pickle or something that I ordered. Tes it could be argued that I should empty out the bag and check my order before I leave but I hate to do that, especially when they are busy. I just keep hoping they will pay attention to what is ordered
They are not as fast as other jimmy johns, so they might wait for a few more minutes than they would be in the rule. we had a pack before a Tuesday and the same girl we ordered on Friday, said that we stop selling the last week I was like hm. we had one on Tuesday, she said, no. smh. I moved on. it wasn't worth the argument, so we order something else.
I came in for lunch and ordered two sandwiches and somehow received 4 sandwiches when I looked at my receipt which they gave me along with the sandwiches I saw I paid 31.00$ when I went back to the man to clarify he acted like whatever as if he made no mistake had absolutely no integrity enough to say “sorry I made a mistake let me fix that” …. So then I asked for a refund the didn’t even know which ticket was mine and tried to accuse me of not paying with the same card that was provided when I was this establishment was rude nasty and full of people who just don’t care ! Customer service can ruin a meal if not done properly! I will never go back there again it took them 20 min to find my order and return my money and instead of them apologizing and trying to fixing it the situation they were rude and unprofessional!
Today, I had a last minute order for 10 people. Sierra answered the phone and was very professional and accommodating during a hectic time at their location. I appreciate her customer service and attention to detail for each order. Most of all I appreciate her quick turnaround. I hope your leadership knows how valued you are. Extremely rude cashiers. They are the reason I will not go back. I placed my order, paid and waited. When they made my sandwiches (3 sandwiches, 3 bags chips 3 drinks) they just handed them to me. I asked can I get a bag please to which one of the cashiers came over to give me a bag THEN the other one came over whispered something in her ear. So the girl laid the bag down telling me it 's self serve yet the bags were behind the counter. That stupid cashiers actually stopped the other one from giving me a bag to put all the food in. NEVER AGAIN. If you 're that RUDE i don 't need to waste my money there. It could be because I was white. Everyone working there was black so it was probably a racial thing.
