Food was good but took 45min to get it from the time we ordered. Granted it was lunch time on Sunday but none of the 5 kids working there had any hustle to them. I guess this is just the new normal and we should just be glad they showed up at all.

Ordering online allowed us to ensure that our preferences were accurately reflected. They are usually quite quick, even during busy times, and our online order was ready when we arrived. This is a reliable spot to go for subs. As for parking, there's a lot available in front of the restaurant.
The manager on duty was Keeyana More. On October 17 at 8:50 PM, my family of four and I walked into Firehouse Subs after a late ball game. Upon entering, we were greeted with warm hospitality. I expressed my apologies for arriving just ten minutes before closing, but everyone in the restaurant reassured us it was perfectly fine. The manager, in particular, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Her friendly and kind demeanor was truly exceptional. It's rare to experience such outstanding customer service these days, and it was a breath of fresh air. Even my young children noticed how nice she was! We will definitely keep coming back and will spread the word to our friends and family about the excellent service here. We were thoroughly impressed!
