What Trav N'osev doesn't like about Buffalo Wild Wings:
I spent over $100 a week ago and was missing items and had to pay for that missing item. I just ordered again and was missing my burger and the manager Lacey said she can’t refund that item. All she told me was to contact door dash to ask for a free delivery. I didn’t care for a refund all I wanted was my cheese burger that I personally wanted that I paid for but didn’t get. We had a GREAT experience as the first customers Wednesday 7/3. Our server, Jasmine, was, by far, the best server we've ever had anywhere!!! Our drinks never ran dry, she was very pleasant, knowledgeable about the food choices, fast, great at multitasking, took care of SEVERAL tables with a smile on her face and never appeared to be overwhelmed!
