Pizza Hut - Gaston

Called my order in. Took 12-15 minutes to get there and as soon as I walked in the door my order was called out to be completed. The staff were friendly and laughing like they were happy to be there. I will definitely be coming back here.

Too bad I Can’t give no stars. Have to be the dumbest people working here. Won’t even deliver to the end of woodtrail. It’s literally not even 4 miles down the road. Sorry sir it’s too far away we don’t deliver more than 8 minutes away. Ok cool it only takes 4 mins to get there. Sorry sir that’s too far. Just ridiculous how do you not deliver pizza on the same road that the business is located on. And they are so rude and ghetto Needs new managers and some common sense!!!!!!!

I was so disappointed in the bigbox pizza that I got from Pizza Hut in Gaston. The crust was tough and the toppings were so skimpy. It looked nothing like what you would expect and this location has only been open for approximately 1 week. Such a shame. I was really looking forward to something besides Dominos.

As I'm over the road truck driver we're very limited and we can and cannot go. And when we break down Even more limited. I was 3 miles from the facility broken down at a rest area on the side of the interstate I called to see if they could deliver me some food as I've been here for 32 hours That offered to pay the driver $20 extra and the manager still refused because I did not have a physical address while I'm on the side of the highway broken down What people fail to realize is without trucks America stops Is a little professional courtesy that would be compensated you've lost my business Pizza Hut

FYI for my Gaston friends who decide to go to Pizza Hut...Look closely at your food! I just ordered pizza from there that had hair on it! The great shift manager didn't apologize or anything! He just said that he had to talk to his general manager! Great way to start their business!!
