We booked a room here for 200 euros a night to celebrate New Year’s in Saint-Tropez, and it was the worst decision ever. Let us save you the disappointment: don’t waste your time or money on this place. The room is NOTHING like the photos. It’s tiny, claustrophobic, and the bathroom is so small it’s practically unusable. The view? A direct look at the garbage dump. Truly unacceptable. The bed? Don’t believe “double bed” – it’s just two single mattresses pushed together with a giant hole in the middle. Completely ridiculous. Now let’s talk about the staff: On December 31, the male receptionist at least acknowledged my complaints and promised to “handle it.” But on January 1, the manager – a clueless and unhelpful woman – told us we’d need to pay more to upgrade. She didn’t care at all about the false advertising and gave us the lame excuse that “not all photos can be uploaded online.” Honestly, insulting. We came to Saint-Tropez based on a friend’s recommendation, but this hotel destroyed the experience. Paying 200 euros for this disaster feels like daylight robbery. If you value your money and sanity, stay far away from this scam. One star is generous – this hotel deserves NONE. P.S. The construction work started at 7-8 AM, waking us up better than any alarm clock. This hotel is a mistake on par with a cheap roadside motel. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 3
