Firehouse Grill - Gassaway

The firehouse theme is interesting, and the food is decent. However, they really need to improve their staff.

These are the hottest wings I’ve ever had! I love spicy food, but these take it to a whole new level, while still offering great flavor. The waiver you have to sign before eating them definitely hints at their heat. I managed to finish one wing before I had to tap out! The steak sandwich was delicious, though not very big. The fried green tomatoes were also tasty.
