Bad Ash Bbq - Gasport

Excellent food. None of them needed the extra sauce they had, but the sauce added that little extra. I liked the Carolina sauce best..had a vinegar touch, daughter liked the sweet, and Naben liked the spicy. so they all enjoyed from everyone. We have the tour so we can try everything. My fav was the pulled pig, daughter liked the brisket, and hubs the ribs.. altho the chicken was near to be up fav for me. The 4 pages we tried were all good.. Mac and cheese made exactly right.. Mac Salat.. I was the only one who took care of it because it has a vinegar touch, fresh cuts were perfect. No ketchup required! Hubs usually do not like a fresh cut, but he has swallowed it. And the Hush puppies were a flood, with small pieces of corn in them. Had a lot of leftovers for the three of us! Place was clean. The food was hot and served fast. Def will be back..glad we stopped.

Honestly, hands down amazing. Never been here before and the owner came directly to us to make sure we knew how everything worked. He was nice, friendly, funny and out. The food came fast, hot and delicious. We had the garbage platter and there was nothing to waste about it. It was amazing! The amount of food you get for a good price. The sweet Bbq sauce was brownish and the spicy had a small nip to it, but both so full of taste. You were both great! We'll be back. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. This is certainly a place, but much fun if you are a tourist and need something new.

The food is absolutely delicious!! I like how clean and easy the place is, the prices are great, and you get your food quickly. The pulled pig was honestly the best I ever had! I also like that they serve fresh cuts, don't see that very often in restaurants. It was worth the ride for us, we'll be back safely!

I’ve been waiting for good bbq that wasn’t hours away, found it!!! Garbage plate was amazing and I haven’t had hush puppies like that in years. Meat was beyond tender. Will be bringing the family and friends over and over! Keep up the great work.

Food was fabulous!!!!! Wasn't sure what to do when we first walked in but you order your food at counter then sit down and they bring your food out to you. Staff was very friendly and the food came out very fast and everything was perfect. Will definitely be going back.
