The guy in the kitchen was clearly working hard, but he couldn’t hand me my completed order right away because he was tied up on a long phone call taking someone else’s order. Meanwhile, the female staff member just chatted with her friend the entire time as if there was nothing to do. He eventually brought my order and apologized for the delay. 7/24, 6:45 pm.
