My husband and I are on our way to Surfside Beach, SC and tired from driving 10 hours. Literally every other hotel around here is booked (Sat. night, but not a holiday). I thought, “How bad can it be?” BAD!! I am lying on the bed fully clothed because I don’t think the sheets are clean. The telephone is so filthy that I can’t imagine anyone wanting to touch it. There was a bug crawling on the floor and dust/grime everywhere. The check-in person was very pleasant but that is the only positive comment I can make about this place. I can’t believe a health inspector has ever been here- it should be condemned. We are opting to sleep in the car.

Charged market rate on off market days. Could care less that I am a Platinum Member for 15 years now. This place has been going down hill for years then hit bottom. No worries though, the have shovel to reach even lower depts!! Keep going up the road for the same price, better establishment, and people that understand What a Platinum Member is!

The shower s... read more Terrible experience, the room had a bad smell (it was supposed to be none smoking but smelled like smoke) then I find that I'm sleeping with TICKS. The shower stall had a crack on one edge the towels were like paper towels.
