Frustrated, I decided to drive to the restaurant, only to find the staff having a good old time at work — they were joking around, sweating, and seeming more like they were at a playground than on the job. Honestly, it felt like none of them took their responsibilities seriously. There were too many young workers who seemed more focused on having fun than on doing their jobs.
