Great atmosphere, worker was great getting all the orders on his own, busy but still was cordial and had a quick talk with me, food was fresh and very hot great experience will be back here View all feedback.

They close an hour early and only accept online orders for pickup after 9 PM. I found this out the hard way when I was locked out at 9:10.

Frustrated, I decided to drive to the restaurant, only to find the staff having a good old time at work — they were joking around, sweating, and seeming more like they were at a playground than on the job. Honestly, it felt like none of them took their responsibilities seriously. There were too many young workers who seemed more focused on having fun than on doing their jobs.
This place really needs new management—someone who is committed to their job. They're often closed and will actually turn you away. When they are open, the Wingstop wings are delicious!
The last time I visited this restaurant, I had to wait an hour for my food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. It was definitely disappointing, so I think I'll be choosing Harold's Chicken from now on.
I placed an online order at 8:05, and it’s now 9:50, but I still haven’t received my food. I've tried calling multiple times, but there’s no response! This is incredibly frustrating. I think this restaurant should be shut down.
