The four stars are relative to food and the overall experience about what you would expect from a white castle. The food was just. Staff were extremely professional and friendly.

We visited Broadway in Gary and enjoyed some of the best burgers! The food was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. A big thank you to the staff for being so friendly!
I have only had one meal here that wasn't excellent, but the only thing missing from my order was the jalapeno dish. Overall, I have no complaints about the restaurant.
The customer service was excellent; the young staff were polite and got my order correct without any issues. I will definitely recommend this place. My food was served hot and fresh, and the new 1921 Slider was absolutely amazing!
