Phillys Steak Lemonade Inc - Gary

Today I ordered at Philly Steak Lemonade with my family, And i ordered a burger I came home and ate a piece, it was raw, I had a very bad experience here and it made me sick to my stomach, I am a 9 year old and i got sick behind this. Never eating here again! And when we returned it the person who made my burger laughed at this when we told them about the raw burger.

If I could give this place zero stars I would.If you want some Ghetto fabulous customer service this is the place.I called and placed a to go order and get there and they said they don’t have my order.We tried to compare the phone number thinking I had another place but no it was their number.The counter girl doesn’t even apologize just says,”Regardless we don’t have your order”.So I had to reorder what I wanted.The counter girls are super rude n so trashy at this place.Save your money n go somewhere else.

Grew up there my husband and I our whole lives. Been going there for years never had a problem untill today! Made our food wrong completely we were told we'd have to come back right now or it wouldn't be corrected! We dont live close at all I dont appreciate the tones on the phone! Unprofessional more than not lately! Will not go back.

That was great. one of the ladies on the theke is very pleasant, the other not so much. the place could be a little cleaner. yes I will eat here again before I leave the one in two weeks.
