I always have fresh meals at this restaurant and have never been disappointed. However, if I had to make a complaint, it would be about how they handle the soup and bread. They simply put the bread in a bag without wrapping it or using any other container. I don't like this practice, as it has been the same for the last four times I have visited. I really wish they would wrap the bread, as I believe it would be more sanitary than having it loose in the bag with other items.
Absolutely ridiculous. The worst panera I have ever been too. The bread of one of my sandwhichs was not even toasted and the chicken on the sandwhich WAS FREEZING! This location is not worth the money. The line also moves SO SLOW. Deserves zero stars.
What i ordered verses what i got i paid for scramble eggs and bacon i got egg over easy no bacon waited 10 minutes after watching the staff who had no hair nets on hair hanging in people's food men with extremely long beards unsanitary should have known at this point only to get to work and have the wrong order literally 45 minutes to be disappointed
I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I never received my water, and my sandwich was not made according to my order. I specifically requested balsamic, spinach, but received a sandwich with tomato, cheese, meat, and mayo instead. Despite my frequent visits before work, they consistently fail to get my order correct. It's frustrating to spend $20 on a sandwich and coffee that never meet my expectations.
They offer a wide variety of baked goods and pastries. In my opinion, their sourdough bread is top-notch and I always purchase two loaves - one for my wife and me, and one for a friend.
