However, if I had to make a complaint, it would be about how they handle the soup and bread. They simply put the bread in a bag without wrapping it or using any other container. I don't like this practice, as it has been the same for the last four times I have visited. I really wish they would wrap the bread, as I believe it would be more sanitary than having it loose in the bag with other items.

The line also moves SO SLOW. Deserves zero stars.

I specifically requeste... read more I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I never received my water, and my sandwich was not made according to my order. I specifically requested balsamic, spinach, but received a sandwich with tomato, cheese, meat, and mayo instead. Despite my frequent visits before work, they consistently fail to get my order correct. It's frustrating to spend $20 on a sandwich and coffee that never meet my expectations.
