I was in Chicago and needed to use the restroom, so we decided to stop at this restaurant and place an order. Surprisingly, the restroom had a "closed for cleaning" sign, but we still placed our order to avoid any issues. The cashier informed us that they were in the process of fixing the restroom situation. Despite the inconvenience with the restroom, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the food was delicious.
This restaurant in Gary is one of the most visually appealing buildings in the area. It's definitely a better choice than the nearby Popeyes. Stop by for a quick bite while exploring all that Gary has to offer. The service and food were both good.
Great customer service but never been to a kfc with no refills on the drinks before... They make you pay for a new drink every time. And no it's not like that everywhere. I ate at the one in Griffith yesterday and got a refill on my drink. Not sure why this store is like that but I feel if you eat in store and pay $12 for a combo you should be able to get a refill
Not sure what's going on there. Discontinued wings. Chicken not cooked well. Staff changes. I hope to be able to come back to them soon.
Ghetto! Half the marquee is missing and they always run out of popular items like chicken sandwiches. It's a waste of gas just go to the other kfc's because this one can't keep up with stock.
