We wanted a lovely fine dining experience with outdoor seating to watch the sunset and this did not disappoint. The staff was welcoming and friendly and the service impeccable. The food was absolutely delicious as was the sangria and French press coffee. We had the pork belly tacos, ploughman's board, wagyu flat iron, and the strawberry shortcake. Each course was delicious and not heavy. Watching the sunset behind the distant hill line was beautiful. We will definitely be back.

The ambiance is both elegant and cozy. The scenic drive up to the entrance sets the perfect tone for what’s inside. The restaurant deck provides beautiful views, and the seating is very comfortable—we chose to sit outdoors, though indoor options are available as well. The staff were attentive, and I appreciated the blankets provided for when it got chilly. The bathrooms were clean, the décor tasteful, and the food outstanding. For our table, we enjoyed oysters and the Ploughman's board. I had the Porcini Trumpet Pasta, which was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Valley, especially for a special occasion.

Since we were originally married here, we thought it would be special to return and reminisce. I’m so glad we did—we would definitely dine here again! The views and atmosphere are fantastic. We visited before a Shakespeare play and had dinner at the Valley restaurant beforehand. The play was fantastic, as always! The restaurant offers a prix fixe menu for dinner before the show, and the food was outstanding. Everything we tasted was delicious. I highly recommend this place. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and I can't wait to return.
