What Gabe doesn't like about Wendy's:
Worst fast food restaurant I've ever been too, I ain't no Karen but lord when it comes to the QoS, workers, and ordering scheme. It is absolutely horrid. You feel like a burden to every worker there like you're the hassle and they cannot complete a order correct for the life of them. Had a mobile pick up order they hadn't even attempted to make until I got there. So I had to wait extra and they missed a piece of the order anyway gave me a cinnamon roll with no frosting.
Drink machine has been down for what seems like over a year. I guess they just don't care enough to get it fixed at this point.

Zero stars you have to be at the drive-through 45 minutes to place your order and then another 45 minutes to even be given your order worst service ever you walk in and everybody inside it’s just joking around talking while they have a big line in the drive-through line
The young man who was working the drive through this morning around 11 am was delightful. While he had everything against him he went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied. First, the ice machine was out, so we accepted drinks without ice, he also made us cherry cream soda instead of the orange one and gladly replaced it, the tea was too sweet and he was kind enough to replace that for us and also the chocolate frosty machine wasn't cooling correctly so he gave us vanilla ones in a larger size. He was so calm, polite and kind throughout this whole adventure and I believe that Wendy's should be so proud of this particular employee because he has great customer service skills and he's able to adapt to challenges with a smile on his face. He made the whole ordeal delightful. I wish we got his name but sadly we didn't get a receipt which I blame on the fact that chaos was going on between the tea, ice, drink machine frosty machine.
