We took our 10 year old for his birthday at Outback in Garner. It was absolutely fantastic. Our server (Ann) was wonderful. The food was perfect. We had such a great experience that we asked for the manager to tell her as such. She took pictures of our family and was very accommodating. We were impressed overall. View all feedback.
What Achim Mai doesn't like about Outback Steakhouse Restaurant:
Took wife and daughter out 3/12/22, service was not so good, forgot wife's salad, plus onion in daughter's salad even knownwe asked for no onions, put tomatoes on her burger even though we asked for mot tomatoes. Blooming onion was overcooked. I will say my steak was good as well as my baked potato. Shrimp was decent too. This is one of the best outbacks around especially for a coworker called shannon. don't get me wrong, eating is great, but the service is better! I and my man often come here to enjoy a nice dinner and the company of our outback friend shannon. we were there on this Saturday for our anniversary dinner, shannon went out of her to make sure we had a fun and pleasantly relaxing anniversary dinner. shannon, we will come back to see you
I'm driving on the side, and I got a pick-up order from here, they closed at 10 o'clock and I came at 10:03 o'clock. a man (in regular dresses, blue pants c white hemd, brown hair with glasses) was at the kiosk near the boar door. she saw me in the eyes and went away and made her nightly closing tasks. my customer was charged $100 worth of living resources that they would have to wait for a refund, I drove an unnecessary 10 miles, and when I knocked on 10 minutes, all the restaurant was brushing as if they did not see me in the window or hear me. even if eating was not made, they could still show a kind of customer service and a better respect for their ride sharing partners.
We are frequent customers at outback for several reasons. first, the customer service is excellent. we are always treated like a vip by everyone. next we love the management team, leslie and maria. both take time out of their busy schedule to talk to us at each visit. the waiting staff is exceptional, very professional, polite and offers a pleasant experience. my man and I always recommend outback to our family and friends. I promise they will have a great experience with the team in outback in garner. if I could give a higher rating, I would.
I wish I could give them 10 stars! in the past, some had not so great experiences but today was incredibly brilliant! tried the new prime rib sandwich and it was big and filled with meat, swirling and fresh mushrooms with a delicious dipping sauce on the side. loaded maic were carved by a fresh baked potato and pollinated with fresh aftertastes and seasonings. also a small brot laaf and butter, although I ordered a sandwich! called the restaurant and talked to maria to thank her for my great meal and to tell her that her team was not disappointed! yes it is expensive but they get what they pay not only in the quality of the food, but also the amount. I have enough food here for 2-3 meals! the great difference to have a team that only wants a paycheck and one that really cares what they serve their guests. that's all!
Molly, our waitress, was super friendly and knowledgeable. The food was cooked to perfection and tasted wonderful!
