The tea was my South... read more This was our first time trying this new Hardee's. Hunni when I tell you I am glad I did is an understatement. Everything was fresh and hot. The tea was my Southern sweet tea. Excellent customer service. I am so glad they added this to Cleveland Rd.

Waited 30 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. When I finally got to the drive thru window I asked what was happening, and the woman replied lots of people are c... read more Waited 30 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. When I finally got to the drive thru window I asked what was happening, and the woman replied lots of people are coming in for breakfast. I would hope that would be the case, but the service was extremely slow and no apologies from the staff. Maybe short staff, but I feel it was a attitude and people problem, not what one would expect from a newer Hardee's franchise store.
