The eggs are cold and the rest of the food looks and taste like it's been sitting for hours

The place was surprisingly empty at 6 PM on a Saturday, which isn't a great sign. The guy at the order speaker kept asking, "Is that all?" as if hinting that we... read more The place was surprisingly empty at 6 PM on a Saturday, which isn't a great sign. The guy at the order speaker kept asking, "Is that all?" as if hinting that we might be making a mistake. The woman at the drive-thru was friendly, but they forgot one order of fries—a frustrating oversight considering there were only two other cars ahead of us. The chicken on my sandwich was old and dry, and there was hardly any mayo. My wife's burger also didn't taste fresh. The food was at least warm, but overall, it was just underwhelming. This was probably our third disappointing visit, and we definitely won't be returning.

The tea was my Southern sweet tea. Excellent customer service. I am so glad they added this to Cleveland Rd.

The one time I went they messed up my cold food,the first 10 minutes in the store 4 different people had their order messed up. When Iwent to bring mine back the manager actually took it, with a terrible attitude, and as I was telling her the three things thatwere wrong she yelled at me after the first one and said that she heard me the first time, when I haven't even finished tellingher.. the whole time remaking my order she had an attitude and when I finally got it it was still cold and still wrong. Theservice is so bad customers will be better off going behind the counter and making the food themselves. I can't possibly imaginethis location being open much longer.

Was very disappointed w... read more I ordered the Frisco Burger and instead of the sourdough bread bun they gave me the regular bread bun and no cheese on my burger either. Was very disappointed with the service and I just expected more. I expected what I ordered. Not what they decided togive me I would not recommend this place. They did not notify me of these changes or let me know that they did not have whatthey needed so I'm very disappointed!!!????????
