The tea was my South... read more This was our first time trying this new Hardee's. Hunni when I tell you I am glad I did is an understatement. Everything was fresh and hot. The tea was my Southern sweet tea. Excellent customer service. I am so glad they added this to Cleveland Rd.

The guy at the order speaker kept asking, "Is that all?" as if hinting that we might be making a mistake. The woman at the drive-thru was friendly, but they forgot one order of fries—a frustrating oversight considering there were only two other cars ahead of us. The chicken on my sandwich was old and dry, and there was hardly any mayo. My wife's burger also didn't taste fresh. The food was at least warm, but overall, it was just underwhelming. This was probably our third disappointing visit, and we definitely won't be returning.

Was very disappointed with the service and I just expected more. I expected what I ordered. Not what they decided togive me I would not recommend this place. They did not notify me of these changes or let me know that they did not have whatthey needed so I'm very disappointed!!!????????

Here?s what it had: 1 tiny mushy onion ring, hardly any bbq sauce and the bacon was not crispy at all, couldn?t even eat it because it wasn?t cookedenough. The hamburger patty looked gray and tasted warmed up, not to mention it was pretty much cold when I got it home?lessthan 3 minute drive! The fries tasted like they were cooked in 6 months old grease. To sum it up?.first and last time gettingfood there, it was absolutely gross!
