I have ordered the same item five times at this restaurant, and every single time my order has been incorrect. I am extremely frustrated. Despite the menu stating that the buffalo pizza comes with buffalo sauce, my pizza consistently arrives without it. Additionally, the location never answers the phone - I have called 20 times with no response. View all feedback.
I placed an order a few weeks ago that took 2 hours to be delivered. I complained about the delay on the website and was given a 20% discount code valid until 4/24/22. However, I am hesitant to order from this place again, as it seems like my fault for expecting better service.
Two nights ago, it took them three and a half hours to bring our food, and a female employee accidentally answered my phone. We placed an order yesterday at 5 PM, but our food never arrived. If I could give zero stars, I would. This experience was completely unacceptable.

The problem was with the individual, not the company. I have been a customer of this franchise for years and love it. Domino's is truly the best and surpasses any other business.
He was muddled with advertising and it sounded like someone picked up the phone because I could hear noise from the kitchen, but nobody reacted. To make it even worse, I tried to order it via amateur radio auto patch so that this embarrassment was broadcast for everyone to pick up publicly in about 30 miles radius.
POOR!!! customer service and all around rudeness. the owner of this location is very unprofessional in my opinion. i asked for an eight piece hot Buffalo wing all flats like i have many many times before cause my girl LOVES there flat wings, only difference was the location. (shout out to the hwy 42 location, all around GREAT store. from the quality of the food to the customer service there not suppose to turn you down for that service unless they dont have enough to fill the order. so i asked why cant u which he replied nah i cant so i asked you cant spare 8 flat wings, he replied nah cuz it will throw off the balance and stuff and the way he treated me with such disrespect. from him rolling his eyes at me to the part where he just started ignoring me and walking away. and this is the owner of this location. very poor store in my opinion. i get it customers can get on ur nerves u can have a bad day. but im in the customer service field as well. even if they do or u are having a bad day, you dont show that to the customer. i will never return to this location. i would write off dominos for good if it wasnt for the hwy 42 store.
