What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
I had to find out for myself after I went to this place that there were cookies hard like rock, I went to this place for cookies and Gravy three times and every time the cookies were hard. Everything else was great. Parking: Most of the time you can find parking easily unless it is lunchtime. View all feedback.

I get used to waiting for Whataburger, but I expect to get my food right and hot when it comes out. It is not only cold, but it is as if no one knows how to read directions, it clearly says the pages and sauces on the reception, so I know it was on the screen. The whole job turns around the screen as you miss the pages and sauces every time.
I stopped by for breakfast and ordered a coffee. Unfortunately, they didn't have enough in the pot to fill both cups, so they asked me to pull over and wait. I understood that it takes time to brew coffee and they were busy serving drive-thru customers, so I parked without issue. However, it soon occurred to me that I had been waiting for 20 minutes for my coffee. When I called to check on it, I mentioned that they seemed to have forgotten about me. I couldn't leave my dog in the car because she has separation anxiety. By the time I got home, my food was cold.
The management clearly lacks concern for their responsibilities. When I arrived, there were only two cars in line, and I placed an order for a breakfast platter and a sausage biscuit. I ended up waiting 45 minutes and had to go inside, wearing only my socks, because it seemed like no one was going to fulfill my order, which I had already paid for. Additionally, over the past two months, the night shift service has been consistently slow, and somehow the food still looks unappealing. Great job.
