Taco Cabana - Garland

Finally write because this is near our house, but tonight takes the cake when the girl on the drive thru can?t even communicate well enough to order you right because if you get into the window they have combination Fajitas as 2 Margaritas and chickens nachos really! I can't. Please don't waste your time here. Last time we went, they made our order wrong, but the ticket had it right that they couldn't even read the ticket. Do not waste time to buy money energy food elsewhere. The best thing that could happen to this place is that it closes.

These people do not care. I got 4 breakfast tacos, very simply made, and they were all wrong but I didn't realize until I got home. I drove all the way back for a replacement, didn't even receive an apology for the inconvenience. And they never have fuego, and they all act like they hate their jobs and need the employee assistance program. Taco Cabana, yall need to do better or just shut down like many of your other locations.

Rude employees, and when I got into my vehicle to eat my quick breakfast, THIS is what I got. The tacos were cold, bland and failed to be the quality YOU train your employees to put out. Highly dissatisfied. I basically got potato tacos. I could have paid $1 at Walmart and $2 for tortillas and made my own decent tacos for that. AND THEN you didn?t have the salsa I asked for because you didn?t ?have time?. You open at 6am, I?m betting you get there EARLY to prep do you not? You either don?t know or don?t care. Get your stuff together taco cabana.

Careless workers. . Girl brought me the bag and didn't say anything and when I got home and opened it this is what I got . . Picked them up and the flautas were stuck together and undercook . . Shredded chicken for the tacos was cold and no plastic ware whatsoever . . Best thing was the margarita .

I don't understand how these fast-food businesses operate! ? you would think that a company would want to make SURE That whether it's your 1st, or 100th visit, each time would be pleasant enough to make you want to come back. I tried the Yucatan Shrimp Quesadilla and tacos...And when I tell you I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! The quesadilla was so thin and flat That it was just melted cheese maybe 1 or less shrimp per Quesadilla wedge highly disappointed! It was like whatever was on their grill was grilled onto my Quesadilla as if the grill is not being cleaned between orders??
