Taco Bell - Garland

We encountered some difficulties with the payment kiosk, but a kind gentleman came to our rescue and assisted us with placing our order. The food was excellent. However, I was disappointed when five staff members overlooked me while I was trying to get a refill on my iced tea. Luckily, one kind lady noticed and helped me out with my refill.

Today at this restaurant...the tacos we ordered were fresh and generously topped, and the place was immaculate! The young man at the register was very attentive to every detail! Great job!

I haven't been to Taco Bell for years, and I was reminded why I didn't. They no longer carry the taco salad; that was my Fave, so I got two beef tacos. You were disgusting. The employees were nice. Food: 1/5

You can never go wrong with a few tacos. You didn't wait long in the drive-thru or inside. No one smiles or is happy at this point. I'm not sure why they're all so glum, but it could be the low pay. Food: 5/5

The person who takes the orders looked at me and did not say, will be there at a moment, no customer service terrible location
