Sushi Rollin’ - Garland

The food is incredibly fresh, the service is excellent, and the creativity they bring to their dishes is impressive for a location in a strip mall. The restaurant is a nice and clean establishment with attentive service. The sushi was quite good. We ordered the Sushi Combo 2, which included a Rainbow roll, snapper sashimi, and white tuna nigiri. Both the sashimi and nigiri were excellent, while the roll was just average. Additionally, we tried the tempura shrimp bento box, which featured some pretty enjoyable tempura. Overall, I would rate the food as 4 out of 5 stars.

I'm always in the mood for sushi, and I particularly enjoy the baked salmon roll. Food rating: 4/5.
