Starbucks - Garland

Waste of space for drive thru only—at least lock the doors or place drive thru sign only. Walked in for a drip coffee and they said drive thru only.Just a reminder folks. Shop local and buy coffee from small businesses instead.

I love this Starbucks! There’s one closer to me but I always go out of my way to visit this one. They’re always so quick whether it be pickup or drive thru and my drink is consistently the same even if it’s just iced coffee. They’re all sooooo welcoming and it honestly makes my days going to this store.

I stopped this morning through the drive thru and the staff was nice and I have been taking sips of my drink and when I got to work still sipping and when I was going to take picture of it I notice a white or blonde hair sticking out of my macha drink and I’m a Latina 32 years old female I don’t have white or blonde hair, my hair color is black on top and brown! This is nasty how the heck will it get there I’m starting to think this was done initially!!

My bestfriend i stopped by this morning renny (i hope i spelt his name right lol) totally made our whole morning!! usually not a happy camper this early but definitely was this morning thanks to renny. amazing service!

I just bought grande white mocha. 5.90 my change .10 cents and he puts it right on the lid of my coffee where my mouth goes. How DISRESPECTFUL. To your customer. Instead handing me the change in my hand or wrapped in a reciept. 6/15/22 6.25 pm. They were cash only no cards accepted right now. I guess they don't care about their customers
