Shipley Do-nuts - Garland

I’m sorry to give a three-star rating. The donut didn’t taste as good as it used to; this time it was kind of hard and didn’t seem fresh. I know you are Cambodian owners, and as a fellow Cambodian, I don’t want to make you look bad. If your donuts had the same great taste as before, I wouldn’t be sharing my experience today.

The staff is really not beautiful and it looks pretty clean, but these donuts are terrible, that is my second bad experience two years ago they were better, but they taste always old and very cold.

Love this place! It is always super clean and the staff are always super helpful. Eric is extremely respectful and offers excellent customer service. The donuts here always taste amazing. Keep the big work!

I asked for a cinnamon roll and got this blob. Usually donuts are good, but was disappointed by the lack of detail and thoughts of the customer with this.

The apple fritters are fantastic, and the donuts are absolutely mouthwatering. The kolaches are also great. Make sure to arrive early so you can get them before they sell out!
