I went to this restaurant without expecting much from the interior design, but the Abula, Ewedu, and Gbegiri dishes were amazing! They truly brought back memories of the local food I used to enjoy in Ibadan, Nigeria. I highly recommend trying them. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Salt N Pepper Kitchen Catering Services:
The dining experience was disappointing. I am frustrated. I drove 35 miles to try this food. I just moved to Dallas and asked for recommendations for Nigerian cuisine, and this restaurant was mentioned. I ordered the Ewa-Agonin and Vonado Reis. The Ewa-Agonin was overly salty and lacking in fried stew or bark. The Vonado Reis was average and lacking in flavor. View all feedback.
I ordered the abula bowl and it was 10/10, tastes just like mamaput. the goat meat was a bit hard. environment was excellent with fantastic afrobeat.
If o could give this place zero stars I would!!!! A bug was in my food oil filled to the top what have I done but paid for my food
Today was my first time experiencing Salt N Pepper Kitchen catering. The atmosphere was welcoming they had nice music playing very clean and the air conditioning was cold definitely a plus. I went in and ordered a Egusi soup with no meat and the young man that I was talking to asked me was I a vegetarian and I told him some what he said well I wanted to let you know that the Egusi soup has meat in it so he wanted me to be aware of that. That was definitely a plus cuz if I was a vegetarian then that would matter but he went on to explain to me and I told him that was fine I still eat meat and so he came back and I asked him about my my, (not sure how to spell it) then he asked me how did I know about my my and I told him that my stepfather was from Nigeria and that's where I learned it. He seemed very shocked I knew what it was so he went on to ask me about my stepfather he asked me was he still alive and I told him no he wasn't and he asked me was he a good man and I said definitely he was. So, as far as the food goes it's amazing and the guy that I talk to just alone from even eating the food is what makes me want to come back so I want to give a shout out to the guy that talked to me today about my stepfather that was from Nigeria the other waitresses were really nice and ask me if I needed anything but I will definitely definitely definitely be back because I normally go to North Dallas and I live in Garland so it's very far away from me and I told the guy that I usually go to Murphy's and so I'm glad that there is a Nigerian restaurant where I live closer so thank you again and I really appreciate it signed a satisfied customer, Dom.P.S. The man I talked to told me to try the Spinach Stew next time and I can't wait.
Omg! I’m new here and I Visit this place every week after first trying it. The food is so so good! The customer service is really good and over the phone! Uche is so nice every time, very great service. 10/10 recommend. I can’t wait for my family to come and visit because we will have dinner there.
My first time eating Amala in over 25 years in America. Their restaurant was very clean with very polite staffs. I ordered my amala to go, and when I got home it did not disappoint. Portion size was nice, from the meat to the meal itself….it was an amazing meal. Thank you salt and pepper.
