Rick's Smokehouse Barbecue - Garland

Trying this place out for the first time. Definitely a Good spot for lunch. My opinion I think the cheese n Mac could of been more cheesy. And the Coleslaw needed more flavor to it. But beside that it was Good. I will definitely go again.Food: 4/5

Phone did NOT eat first LOL absolutely destroyed this plate. I’ve always drove past this spot as I’m a local here. I was craving bbq but wasn’t feeling any of my usual go to’s. I finally stumbled across this gem and Boy did it not disappoint ! Fries Onion rings made to order brisket is absolute fire, great peach cobbler Mac n cheese and the bbq sauce. Mom and pop shop which I love to support small businesses glad I came to this spot, my new go too when I’m in the area definitely recommend anyone looking for some bbq that’s not any generic bbq spots around

Freakin amazing, we used to eat at Rick's on the regular but moved to Oregon and haven't been back in over a decade, we came back for a visit saw thar Rick's was still open and we made it a priority to go. It was exactly how I remembered it, so delicious great portions and exactly what I needed!!!!!!Food: 5/5

Chicken is dry enough to start a fire with. Fries were good. Ribs dry as well. Not even close to bbq.Food: 1/5
