This next place is a cute little taco joint with a very casual yet modern and neat dining area, as you can see from the picture. I was just looking for a quick bite to eat so I tried 3 different tacos, the chicken, steak, and al pastor. Not my favorite al pastor I’ve eaten, but all of them were certainly made with good quality meat. I definitely enjoyed the steak taco the most of all three. One thing to note about th... What shenizm doesn't like about La Plancha:
After eating here, I became a tacho lover however I never quite found tacos that tasted just as good as Planchas. Their tiger shrimp tacos were popping with flavor and so so delicious and guess what, it was sooo cheap as well! It came with rice, refried beans and all the sauces you could possibly want to go with your taco and a drink included in the insanely cheap price! View all feedback.

One thing to note about this place is that they also serve vegetarian food as well. Located right on the corner, you can’t miss it!
...is one of the best breakfast burritos I’ve had. (For reference I also like Roberto’s in San Diego and Filiberto’s in AZ). The folks who work here are super nice and the salsas are top-notch. Call ahead because the waits can be long.
We walked there from our hotel and dined in at one of the handful of tables. A steady stream of people came in at 3 on New Years Day, mostly to take away. The carne Asada tacos “Plancha Style” were yummy. We especially liked the chips. We recommend this place for tacos if you are in Fairfax District.
This is one of the best little taco places in town and very reasonable too. Ok not as cheap as a Taco truck but easily as good. For breakfast i love their bacon, eggs, and hash browns burrito and for lunch or dinner their tiger shrimp Taco's. The beef and chicken are also good and half the price as the Shrimp tacos that were also very very good. The salsa bar is pretty good too. Best to order for take out for there are very few tables. This is not fine dining it is more like a Taco stand in a strip mall but its worth a try.
This is a convenient location on 3rd. However, the store is very small with a few seats in and outside. I had the Nachos with beef and cheese which was good but nothing amazing. The price at $7.50 was high for nachos not much better than taco bell at $5. My table was also dirty so I had to ask a staffperson to clean it which she did but the place was slow late night and should have been clean when I sat down. I may try this place again for a Taco but it is pretty avg fare with poor seating and atmosphere.
