What Cecil Feil doesn't like about Jack In The Box:
Rude employees in drive thru, never tell you the total when you ask for it. Tell you to hold on after ordering and never come back to intercoms after 10 mins. So I assumed they took my order. They did not. And told I would have to come inside very rudely. Very bad customer service. View all feedback.
When you want alot of something and cheap jack n the box is that place. Also the best for a hangover and or late night munchies. There mini tacos and new covered Fry's are they way to go!

Another place I go for my elderly father-in-law. The team here makes for a seamless drive thru experience. And they do it almost daily, with a SMILE!! Thank you
The drive thru man was very friendly and funny! Plus they’re one of the few places that take Apple Pay!
I went to drive thru...and it wasn't fast enough the young man in the window was very polite..it just seemed that he needed some help.all I got coffee and a hash brown.. It took only longer than I thought it was so early in the morning)Food: 3/5
