Hubbard's Cubbard - Garland

We love hubbards in rowlett. the ladies waiting for us are beautiful inside and outside. they take care of us and treat us like vip each time. / we enjoy the brunch and drink. the omelets and pancakes are delicious. I have the coffee and baileys cream. james has mimosa and coffee. the drinks are perfect and eating is delicious. / the owners are warm and welcome us happy. I love this place for the great eating, good looking, friendly people and the great domestic atmosphere. / parking can be interesting, we usually go on Sunday and they are very crowded. they're sitting fast. it is worth looking for parking.

Garland is best. that is a must, in garland or rowlett. cook home, atmosphere and service. a great place to meet customers for lunch. they believe that they will remember./ if they ever need anything, simply lift their hand and all their needs are met./thanks again!

This place has been here since 1965! that says a lot. the only way a restaurant stays in this time is when it serves good food that people like... and this place is definitiw. they have a nice menu with good variety makes it hard for me to decide. but my waitress helped me. that's a thing I noticed was the service. I didn't just have a waitress. I thought I had four different waiters to help me while I was there. they were all very nice and very helpful. eating was good, better than her average breakfast. I'm going back there! highly recommended!

1130, busiest brunch time possible in a Sunday and hubbard keeps it smooth. while we had to wait, our harrieder server was not disappointed. (we had to ask if the server were related, they are not, only three long haired brunettes that get that much. the meals are all large portions, almost all under $10, all come fresh and hot from the kitchen and all embody cook after home. coffee was a little disappointing, but they fill it constantly. yay! two drinks, two lunches, $27. $37 with drinking money.
