There are a lot of Cristina's here in the Dallas area, it's a chain I never heard of until I moved here. This location has lots of parking, really good service and great margaritas. I like mine un-blended on the rocks and they were able to do that, which is great because other places I've been only serve it out of the machine. During my visit for dinner, I tried the cheese enchiladas, which come with complimentary chips and salsa (the salsa is excellent—just the right amount of spice) along with rice and beans. While the rice was somewhat average, the beans were delicious, and the enchiladas were outstanding.
