What RS III doesn't like about Villa Monterrey:
Not much to write about this place. Went in for a shaved ice. The price is a little higher than the surrounding spots that sell it. The shaved ice itself was shaved very large and freezes (clumps together) like an old fashioned snow cone. I prefer the finer shavings that don't clump together and are softer texture. This small and clean hidden little gem offers fantastic food. The owners are very friendly and the service is prompt, but more importantly, the food is always outstanding. Nothing sketchy about this place, it’s a great little spot. View all feedback.
