Always friendly and helpful, personally the best bread among all the various Kebabs in Piacenza and sandwiches and piadinas (or pizzas) never empty or with little filling, both takeaway and eating in. Terrible staff, I had ordered 3 kebabs for home delivery at 6.20pm. After they agreed to take him by giving him the go-ahead and everything. Once the agreed time arrived, I didn't see anyone arriving. Calling them and I don't answer then I get angry after several phone calls after 30 minutes they decide yes to answer and they leave saying they don't have any more sandwiches. Very bad.
