What Anonym dislikes about L'estable:
Nice frame, good service. But the plancha principle for 4/6 people did not convince me. A frog for 4 or a quarter of encornet that bathed in meat juice... the kitchen is not suitable for everyone. Generous on potatoes. And no child menu. Certainly it was a group meal, but particular attention could have been given to knowing that the restaurant was far from complete. We received a very warm welcome from the staff. The owner presented his meats with passion, and all the servers were incredibly attentive. The meat cooked over a real wood fire was absolutely divine. We ordered a hanger steak and a salmon steak, and I've never experienced such a rich, woody aroma. I want more! Highly recommended ;
The owner welcomed us warmly and recommended some excellent meats. Everything was perfect.
Exhibiting at the Brignoles fair with our beautiful American cars, we feasted on all the wood-fired grilled meats, cooked with love and passion by a true cowboy with a real passion for meat. He was assisted by his wife and son, as well as a bubbly and very efficient young woman, ensuring fast and cheerful service! Everyone was very welcoming, the work was meticulous, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great! We'll be visiting their restaurant soon because, being meat lovers, it looks so tempting!

We were probably expecting too much, however, it was difficult to handle the massive portions on starters and main courses. The food was good without being exciting. The waitress serving us was friendly and helpful but was also obviously overloaded. It was a little disconcerting to see locals arriving with their pets in tow (we were inside) and, even worse, to be close to one of the guests puffing away on a smelly e-cigarette.
We were there to celebrate a friends 70th birthday and had a great late lunch. We found a nice restaurant behind some strange buildings. Don´t be worried coming there. You will not be disappointed. All of us liked the place. We were served a really fine meal at a decent price and had great service. We will come back next time we are visiting the area.
When you leave after the evening meal the one thing you won't be is still hungry. You will be very full! Nice bright airy restaurant in a unpresupposing location. The area looks rather industrial! The staff are friendly and get through a large volume of work with a happy demeanor. The food is generous in the quantity. We enjoyed the starters. I had duck for main course and a very large breast of meat was presented. A bit tough and slightly over-cooked. At €23 the menu is very good value, and a bottle of wine for €18 is also very competitive. Overall we liked it and we will return.
In a modern interpretation of a large country lodge, excellent fresh food is on offer. An large open eating area lends itself to the tradition of community eating. A pleasant looking enclosed outdoor terrace at the back of the restaurant not being used at the time of the visit. Fish and meat menu items were well prepared and presented. Service was very good. The table wine was local, reasonably priced and very good.
Over the course of the Summer we used the Restaurant for lunch on several occasions accompanied by friends and relatives in various groups between four and ten persons. Generally there were at least two but up to four children with us. The daily 'Menu midi ' at €12.00 was always varied and often came with some surprise dishes as it was not quite what one was expecting. The food was always well cooked and presented and the Staff were quite accommodating when it came to the children. Whilst there is a small choice of what is offered for the children, the chef would prepare special lunches for them providing you asked and he had the ingredients. Local Rose or White wine is served at €9.00 a liter and there is a good selection of soft drinks but notably, no apple juice for the kids. This newly built and opened Restaurant is complete internally but certain works need to be completed to the terrace area. The decor is very pleasant and the ambiance is good. The staff are very friendly and most speak limited English. They Staff also have a sense of humor. When I asked if I could have a 'Carte de Fidelite ', they saw they funny side and provided complimentary Cognacs by way of a gesture! This Restaurant has come as a breath of fresh air to Gareoult, and I welcome them to our village.

Good. It is 01:10 in the morning, the awakening sounds in 05:05. The night was not planned at all. We didn't even know that the owners had changed. But then, if it were to be done again, it would be the eyes closed. We've been having fun, the staff is amazing. We were able to discuss meat and other pleasures with the passionate owner. The accompaniment seems simple but is perfectly seasoned and golden to enjoy the meat as a priority (except perhaps for the big eaters).) to the pleasure of returning and taking the friends there!
And being my faith nothing to say.... the excellent service the ooo troppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp dish from the top it was a great moment this estable .... Thanks again.

We had the pleasure of making the business meal from the end of the year to the estable and we had an excellent evening! the meal was delicious, the entrance of the board to share with its very generous quantities and the main dish also on board enjoyed everyone! almost more room for dessert. The wine served also sang the demanding palaces of the tabloid. In short, a good time, a delicious meal, an atmosphere at the top and the staff listening and benevolent genial, I recommend 400% thanks to the estable team!

I found the welcoming, setting and passion of the remarkable owner. Careful it's really a meat-ass restaurant. No vegetarian possibility: whether you want to accompany friends. Great choice of rums too;
