What Razor Gen doesn't like about Starbucks:
Inside was closed (drive thru only) and yet it had it as a pickup inside on the app. So when I got there the line was so long and this was even at 7 at night! It wouldn?t take 45 minutes to an hour to get through. And of course I tried to call them but the phone was busy every time! Wasted my money and my birthday reward. I won?t be coming back to this location this was ridiculous. View all feedback.
My only complaint is directed at whoever designed the layout of the building and the drive-thru. It's understandable that it's difficult to predict the volume of customers, but the overflow from the drive-thru is a significant problem. That said, everyone was working hard, and the service was quite pleasant.

I won't be returning to this location; this experience was unacceptable.
I placed an order through the app and was asked for my details at the pickup window. I was then instructed to pull around, and someone would bring my order to me. Unfortunately, what they delivered was the worst coffee I've ever tasted. It had a watery, milky flavor and I’m pretty sure they forgot to add the syrup that sweetens it. There was literally no flavor at all. I spend too much money there to feel like my order is being neglected or considered less important than others. It's quite disappointing.
This crew is a great crew. I was in Fultondale for 3 weeks and they knew me by day 3 based upon my order. Made me feel like I was at my home Starbucks in Texas Starbucks.... You need to add TRENTA option for the dopplio espresso shot!!!
They recently got new staffing and absolutely love it. It was one of the few Starbucks in my drive, and I dreaded going in with the past staffing. So glad they made changes. THANK YOU!
