Las Islas Marias - Gardena

The food is not good and it's expensive and you have to wait too long for your food to be brought to you. The restroom needs maintenance. I don't recommend this place.

Delicious food. Very bad service though, if you like being ignored by waitresses and waiting a half hour for your check then another half hour for the receipt this is your spot.

Service started good. But then went down hill the moment they forgot my food! Waited 1 hour for my dam food. Thought it was because we were a group but dam well know they forgot my food. AND TOOK FOREVER TO BRING MY FOOD OUT! ON MY DAM BIRTHDAY TOO! How is it that everyone in the group ate and I still didn't have my food. Give this place a ZERO if I could. Get better waiters. And they took like they be the bothered ones f*ck that sh*t. Tip given was the tip deserved.

I arrived at the restaurant around 5pm on Sunday and was seated immediately as there were plenty of tables available. We ordered empanada appetizers, but unfortunately the server forgot to bring the small plates we requested to share them. Despite this, the rest of our food arrived quickly and tasted delicious and fresh. At 6pm, a 15-man banda started playing and it was quite loud, but entertaining. It seemed they were playing for tips, as we saw other customers contributing while enjoying the music. Our server didn't check on us much after our food arrived, so we had to flag him down to get the bill. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and nice not to feel rushed out the door like at some other restaurants.

Loved everything about this place. The food choices were incredible. And the bar is the longest bar ive seen. The drinks are big and delicious and alot of signature drinks to choose from. Thanks to my son and his wife for showing us this placeFood: 5/5
