Hortable customer service I didn't even make it to the restaurant, tried to place a phone order that my girl ordered 2 items in English and then I put a ceviche in, but in Spanish speaking as they answered the phone in Spanish. it was said rudely that too many things were ordered and he didn't get anything of it, of course he couldn't hear with the music in the background.

Was ok eating and ambiente ok, but really wished I knew that the table I got would be on the stage where a band would play. with two small children was not a fun experience.

Eating is good if the workers do not know that they are not very friendly. Live Banda music sounds loud. songs $25 a piece they will finish in a minute.

Ceviche has no taste. Fish was dry. Needed more flavor. The French fries were good and crispy. The shrimp cocktail had no taste and it had an excessive smell! We did not eat it! Just FYI: if you are pay with a debit or credit card they charge you a SVC (service) fee! Fee depending on how much is total! They do not disclose this fee prior to charging you!
