I tried several Peruvian restaurants, but this little joint is by far the best I had. Pollo Inka is good, but Roccoto is much better. I love her dad ala huancaina... it's delicious! Very recommended! View all feedback.
This is one of my favorite places to eat. While the food isn't extraordinary, the decor is unremarkable, and the service can sometimes be on the slower side, the restaurant has a warm, family-oriented atmosphere, and the food is consistently delicious. Occasionally, the dishes might be a little salty, but I always leave feeling satisfied and extremely full, as the portions are generous. The menu is also fantastic for those who enjoy variety, as it features a mix of Peruvian and Chinese dishes. You might find it a bit unusual, but I learned that the owners are a married couple, with the woman being Peruvian and the man Chinese, which explains the combination. Overall, this place is definitely worth a visit!
I've tried several Peruvian restaurants, but this little spot is definitely the best I've found. While Pollo Inka is good, Rocoto surpasses it by a long shot. I absolutely love their causa a la huancaina—it's amazing! Highly recommended!
