We stumbled upon this restaurant when our usual ramen spot was closed, and we're so glad we did. The miso ramen was both light and full of flavor, and the house-made noodles had the ideal firmness. However, the chashu could use a bit more flavor. The service was excellent, and overall, I'd definitely return!

You can genuinely feel the love and attention poured into every dish. Unlike the impersonal, mass-produced tastes often found at even the most renowned ramen spots nearby, Anzutei stands out as a hidden gem. I highly recommend trying the gyoza, mabo tofu, and tan tan men — they are exceptional!
