What User doesn't like about Shah's Halal Food:
This used to be a good restaurant, but the quality and service went down hills. The food doesn't even taste good. If you pay for "Extra Protein", you will not receive extra. If you ask her for sauce, they won't take it. Halal Carts on Hillside Ave offer better food and service than this restaurant. View all feedback.
The food at this restaurant is delicious and the portion sizes are generous. However, the 6-piece Chicken Nuggets, priced at $1 per nugget for small nuggets, are a bit expensive.
I highly recommend trying the make your own platter at this restaurant. The fried chicken wings are perfectly crispy with just the right amount of spice. The pita bread is delicious and the baklava, while the portion was a bit small, tastes amazing.
The food is always fresh and delicious at this restaurant. There are plenty of reasonably priced options for a quick and satisfying dinner.
This might be the worst Tahini I've had in my life. Everything else is great. But the Tahini is so terrible. Always get white sauce fyi.
Walking to the place and outside smelled like trash but inside it smelled like spices which I love. The food is your average halal food but with extra flavor. I love all the different sauces and the falafel.Vegetarian options: There are salads and falafel
