What Evilfortune Cookie doesn't like about Kfc:
Apparently the many employees working had never processed a mobile order. It took them 45 min to complete my order. Over 10 employees working behind the counter with very few drive-thru customers, and maybe 5 groups of people that came in after me which all got their orders BEFORE me. Horrible customer service. went with my family for lunch today, and the man taking our order was awesome! we got our food quick, and we had that man and another female employee come and check on us while we ate inside. they were so kind and we were very happy. good job guys!! View all feedback.
