What Evilfortune Cookie doesn't like about Kfc:
Apparently the many employees working had never processed a mobile order. It took them 45 min to complete my order. Over 10 employees working behind the counter with very few drive-thru customers, and maybe 5 groups of people that came in after me which all got their orders BEFORE me. Horrible customer service. New management and it shows. Employees that helped me were polite, patient and very friendly. My order was correct and done quickly. It was nice to get such good service!
