Grand Lux Cafe - Garden City

Both of my recent visits were great! Tried the Chicken Waffles for Saturday Brunch. Next time for Sunday dinner I had the steak tacos, Super Delicious!!

I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times, and the services has always been good. However, today’s service was EXCEPTIONAL! My friend and I had the greatest waitress Edis C. She was tentative and super sweet while the place was so packed and busy. She continued to check up on us and made sure we were enjoying our meals and if we needed anything. She was running around handling tables like a BOSS and kept a smile on her face. She made us feel as if we were her family. Our section seemed very delightful to have her. Furthermore, shoutout to the kitchen manager Jason S. This guy was so awesome, I was craving a pasta that wasn’t on the menu and tried to tweak one of theirs. I gave up because I was being too complicated; this gentleman came out to greet me and told me he would make the pasta to my liking. BLEW MY MIND!! I told him it’s ok, Its a busy day I don’t want to be annoying. He said not to worry, he does not mind at all. other places would literally say pick what’s on the menu! Which is fair! But the way they went above and beyond for customer satisfaction was by far the epitome of exceptional customer service. Thank you both for such an Amazing experience and meal. He then came back after my meal to ask how it was. I was falling over my chair in a food coma; it was amazing! Once again thank you Edis Jason!

Beautiful place a lil too dark but it sets the mood for a date night!! Good food..... Drinks are ok It needs a touch bit more alcohol for me tho... Lol And btw I did not get a chance to take a pic of our dessert which was apple pie.... Soon as it came to our table we demolished it ??.If you ever go get the fresh baked apple pie it is absolutely the best I ever had I give this place .... And wait staff very attentive I had a young lady her name was TiTi.... She was a doll!!

Always a good dining experience. Today, the area I sat in was not clean. Food residue and stained spills were on the floor. Very disappointed. Not the normal experience I was accustomed to. Parking: Plentiful

Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible-ish. The doors are not handicap friendly. However there is enough room to move around the place with a wheelchair
