I was eating in this pizzeria attracted by the wide choice of proposed doughs. Local quite anonymous, could make it much more welcoming and take care of details. Also, as soon as you entered, there was a annoying smell. Totally unacceptable waiting time, since the club was empty. Pizza thin enough, but the dough was soft, as if it was not enough cooked. Saturday evening with reservation of dough by phone: 2 pizzas with lentil flour, 1 Andean pizza (50% quinoa 50% farro) and a pizza with traditional flour. We have noticed, compared to the previous times, that the filling is a little more shoe and also the size of the caliper has been reduced: on the palate it was too dry.
