Saturday evening with reservation of dough by phone: 2 pizzas with lentil flour, 1 Andean pizza (50% quinoa 50% farro) and a pizza with traditional flour. I was eating in this pizzeria attracted by the wide choice of proposed doughs. Local quite anonymous, could make it much more welcoming and take care of details. Also, as soon as you entered, there was a annoying smell. Totally unacceptable waiting time, since the club was empty. Pizza thin enough, but the dough was soft, as if it was not enough cooked. Ottimo per chi vuole una buona pizza ad un buon prezzo. Ottimo per i celiaci ...vegani... o semplicemente per chi vuole provare qualcosa di diverso..C'è l'imbarazzo della scelta...deliziose e sfiziose!!! I proprietari affabili ed amabili. Disponibile anche servizio a domicilio!!
Pizza per celiaci davvero buona. Propongono farine selezionati, su richiesta anche farina di piselli. La quinta stella soli dopo selezione di birre artigianali.
Posto carino, dove si mangia bene e si trova tanta cortesia... i proprietari ormai sono amici... particolarità: pizze con farine speciali ... farina di ceci, di canapa sativa... o con acqua Marina... provare per credere!!!
Ottima pizza, possibilità di averla anche per intolleranti al glutine con una buona varietà di condimenti e con una base più buona della media!
Una delle poche pizzerie a fare attenzione anche alle intolleranze alimentari come quella al glutine facendo un'ottima pizza per celiaci e non cuocendo una pizza surgelata come molti altri fanno.
