What Guiguic05 doesn't like about Brasserie Brasserie Rostain:
Very long service for a low quantity for a pork stock braised with honey and thyme with more fat than meat a stock that was not a stock but more just a parure of this part of meat that had no taste of honey and thyme. Then also a tasteless beef tartar. A donkey ear gratin that wasn't an ass ear but just scratched spinach and homemade fries but they're not at all without ketchup sauce or Mayo to go with.
