What Guiguic05 doesn't like about Brasserie Brasserie Rostain:
Very long service for a low quantity for a pork stock braised with honey and thyme with more fat than meat a stock that was not a stock but more just a parure of this part of meat that had no taste of honey and thyme. Then also a tasteless beef tartar. A donkey ear gratin that wasn't an ass ear but just scratched spinach and homemade fries but they're not at all without ketchup sauce or Mayo to go with. Meat lovers, you can go to this brewery with closed eyes. formula at noon to 15€ (plat/dessert) and card. We fested (the lamb chops accompanied by homemade fries and stuffed mushrooms part of the extraordinary butcher and super tartare. desserts are very good. Welcome very nice, we will return.
Friendly and warm restaurant. Clean toilets. Professional and friendly waitresses. Good welcome at the bar. Decent all-you-can-eat starter buffet. Successful fried andouillette (Andouillette de l’alimentation). Quality homemade chocolate mousse. Between main course and dessert for €16.90. Very good value for money.
Hello as usual, I came back to this restaurant, passing through Gap. The food was excellent and the service fast, the room is clean and the staff welcoming. I had a tasty hamburger steak with homemade fries, delicious, not at all oily or burnt. A large choice of desserts I recommend this restaurant, my favorite in Gap.
What a wonderful choice of catererer for our wedding! Everything was perfect from the wine of honor to the piece mounted...a feast and servers to the top! Thank you so many times
